• Report progress to management and resolve on-site challenges.

Requirements:

• To manage construction sites efficiently, ensuring high-quality work, adherence to schedules and compliance with company standards and as per regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
